Apply Now to be part of the longest-running folk festival in the western United States, in this one-week-long event of the summer! Come and immerse yourself in the experience of a lifetime, for both participants and host families alike, as we share and celebrate the beauty of cultural diversity, and help safeguard our world's intangible heritage's by joining together as One World on One Stage!
World Folkfest is located in Springville, Utah, nestled in the beauty of the great Rocky Mountains and near the "Mighty Five" National Parks. Every year World Folkfest selects seven to ten International folk dance groups to perform nightly in our beautiful outdoor amphitheater for our cheering American audiences.
Required: All Folk Groups and performers must be able to receive their Travel Visas or Visa Wavier Program approval to enter the United States and must pay their way to and from the Salt Lake City, Utah International Airport (SLC). As a non-profit organization, no payment is given for group participation.
