Become a Vendor at the World Folkfest

Thank you for your interest in becoming a 2024 World Folkfest vendor. This year, the event will be held in Springville, Utah, for four days, from July 31st through Saturday, August 3rd.

Booth spaces will be available inside Spring Acres Arts Park's gate at 620 South 1350 East, Springville, Utah.

Food vendors will be located along the fenced area to the right of the path, and crafters will be located to the left of the path as you enter the festival site.

PLEASE specify dates you will attend. The World Folkfest is not requesting any commission on your sales. We hope that you will want to participate in all five nights; we will give preference to vendors participating all nights.

Please describe your craft(s) or food, and price range of items that will be sold at event. Attach pictures and menu items with pricing.

I understand that all vendors must get a temporary vending license. Food vendors need to get a temporary food establishment permit from the Utah County Health Department.

Vendor Category

Food vendors will receive 5 tags. Craft vendors will receive 2 tags. Additional tags can be rented each night for $5 each and need to be returned at the end of the evening.

Food Vendor 12’x12’ Space $85.00. AN ADDITIONAL, $20.00 deposit for vendor tags half of which will be refunded at the return of the tags.

Trailer 12’x12’ Space $95.00. AN ADDITIONAL, $20.00 deposit for vendor tags half of which will be refunded at the return of the tags.

Arts and Craft Vendor 10’ x 10’ Space $95.00. AN ADDITIONAL, $20.00 deposit for vendor tags half of which will be refunded at the return of the tags.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT I agree to abide by agreements stated in booth application and agree to hold harmless, waive and release any and all rights to claims and or damages against World Folkfest and Springville City Corporation. I am aware that Spring Acres Arts Park will not be responsible for any loss or damage of my merchandise. The Park gate will be locked overnight, but security is not provided. I understand that I have the option to contact my insurance company and to ask them for a rider to my public liability policy, property damage and burglar insurance policies to cover me for this event.
