This application and all promotional material, publicity, etc., are due on or before 15 August 2024.

Notification of acceptance/denial November 2024 • Signed contracts are due 1 January 2025.

Signed invitations are due 1 February 2025.

All flight information, participant lists, medical insurance, and confirmation of visas obtained are due 1 April 2025. Please note that* all visas must be received before 1 April.
